What happens if a part breaks?
If a part fails during normal use (please refer to our warranty for details), we'll replace the part free of charge. Please email us at email@example.com and include the following information:
- Your name, order number or kayak's Hull Identification Number, photo of the damaged part, and preferred shipping address
Once the warranty expires, or if a part is damaged due to user error, you can purchase spare parts in our online store: Replacement parts
